Ice Cream Strawberry Cake

My family loves choco cake and I love ice-creams. So I thought of blending two flavors to make everyone happy on v-day

Ingredients :

• Chocolate Cake (For Recipe click)
• 1 Lt vanilla ice-cream 
• 15 - 20 Strawberries
• 2 Tablespoon Strawberry sauce or crush
• 1/2 Cup sugar syrup (1/2 cup water mix with 2 tablespoon sugar)
• 2 Tablespoon red tutti frutty
• Few topping to decorate the cake
• Cake mould

Procedure :

• Fist of all take chocolate cake cut it into 2 halves as shown in picture

• Now take a cake mould, place one half of cake in it. Now apply sugar syrup on it. Now take 1/3 of ice-cream (make it a bit soft by keeping it out from freezer for 10 to 15 minutes) apply it to cover the cake with a layer of ice cream

• Now place the strawberry slice on it as shown in picture. Apply some strawberry sauce and tutti fruity on it. Now cover this with the second layer of cake and apply sugar syrup on it

• Now cover the cake with rest of ice cream nicely add fresh strawberry on it. Keep it in freezer for 2 hours so that it sets nicely

• After 2 hours take it out and demould it, add some toppings if you wish or cut a slice and while serving pour some strawberry sauce on it .... enjoy this with your friends and family.....

Tip : You can change favour according to your taste for fruits and ice-cream......
